Today, October 2, 2023 we noticed SOFORT payments and top-ups were not working between 08:00 and 17:00 CEST.
How can you see if you’re affected?
If you tried to do a SOFORT top-up today (October 2, 2023) between 08:00 and 17:00 CEST, you’ll have seen an error message in the app indicating that your top-up wasn’t successful.
What can you do?
We reached out to SOFORT and have been able to solve the issue. This means you can use SOFORT as usual. Thank you for your patience 🙏
