  • [SUGGESTION] Add amount of people to payment request

Hi!

I have a suggestion for the payment requests. It would be geat if you could add the amount of people you send the payment request to in advance. This way, you can easily see if everyone paid or if someone still has to pay you.

This can be helpful in a situation where I, for example, my concert/train/plane/etc. tickets for a group of friends. Then I want to split the amount by the amount of people by sending them a request. The amount per person is the same, so the request can be the same for everyone. When 2 of 4 people paid me, I can easily see this in the bunq app so I now I need to remind someone ;)

What could this look like? Glad you ask! I created a quick mockup of how this could be implemented. Tapping the "Request paid by" box could show a page with the people who paid your request and shows how many still need to pay you:

Curious to hear if more people would like such a feature!

This is related to my second suggestion about one page with all payment requests: https://together.bunq.com/d/58190

I’m pretty sure I’ve seen this suggestion a few times already now, but I completely agree!

Currently it’s very hard to keep track of payment requests in bunq, I’ve switched to Tikkie because of that for now. Which shouldn’t be necessary in 2023, I think every other Dutch bank has an usable payment request feature.

kijk daar heeft ons thijs een hele goeie!

        Hey there, @thijsoost#285037 👋
That's a great idea! Having a feature that allows you to track how many people have paid and how many are yet to pay for shared expenses would be super helpful. We'll share your suggestion with our product team, and while I can't make any promises, it's through feedback like yours that we can work on making bunq even better 🌈 Thanks for taking the time to share your thoughts!

@thijsoost#285037 This would be a very nice addition to payments request functionality 👍
