We’ve rolled out a new update to our app that includes small new improvements and features that Make Life Easy.

iOS

What's new 🙌

• You’ll now see a red badge next to the Wheel of Fortune, if you have available spins - so you never forget to spin it again!

What’s fixed 🔨

• XML file attachments in support chat did not display previews - we’ve fixed that now.

• Some users were unable to see the address box when updating personal information. All good now.

• Some users were unable to send GBP payments from a business account, getting an error instead. That’s fixed.

• Sometimes, the app would crash when filling in the IBAN for sending a payment. It’s fixed now.

• Some Easy Savings users were asked to change their bunq plan when trying to create a new account for their children. This wasn’t correct, and has been fixed.

• Some users got an error when trying to add certain merchants to their Auto Accept list. All good now.

What’s fixed 🔨

• Localized Card Protection wasn’t always working correctly. We’ve fixed it now.

• The app would sometimes crash when switching branch to Ireland, and opening the pending event on your Profile tab. All good now.

• Sometimes, an active replaced card incorrectly displayed in black and white (as if frozen). It’s fixed now.
