  • [IMPROVEMENT] Budgeting without category

I would like to create some budgets which are not tied to a specific category. (I.e. will never auto-select) Currently when I enable easy-budgeting, I have to select at least one category. The custom categories are limited to only nine (some of which are already in use), and it also doesn't allow me to use the same category for multiple budgets.

When selecting it elsewhere it disables budgeting on the original account. This is without any message or warning.

Could you either allow to re-use a category for multiple budgets, or not have a category? And definitely don't disable budgeting without warning the user.

You could give my original post a hands up / clap (whatever that icon is supposed to be) to signal popularity.

Since no one from Bunq has responded (unlike in other requests I made), does this mean it's not being considered?

Any chance of this being picked up? Adding a single re-usable category or perhaps just allowing to not select any category but still budget shouldn't be too much effort I'd think?

Anything? It seems like a small/simple, yet incredibly useful, change.
