Thanks for your swift reply. I don't mean to automatically switch to my personal account, just to add the option to choose from which account to pay instead of automatically picking the last used account.

Yes, add th option to switch account in the payment process. Often I have to cancel an ideal payment, because The Bunq app opens the wrong account and I can't switch. I even have canceled payments in my transaction because of that. Please fix this!!

That is not really a good solution for me. One is a 'business' account for an association. The other is my personal account. I don't want Amy connection between them.

Upon popular request, we decided to add the option to select the user account you want to pay from when you are redirected to your bunq app to complete an iDEAL payment! 🎉 Just download the latest version of the bunq app to get this feature.

When you start an iDEAL transaction on your mobile phone, you can follow these steps to select the right user account:

Step 1: choose bunq in the iDEAL list of the webshop, and you'll be redirected to your bunq app.

Step 2: if you have more than one user account on your device, you'll have an option to choose the user account for the iDEAL payment. You can simply tap on the right account to select it.

Step 3: you can then accept or decline the iDEAL payment, and it will be made from the selected account!

If instead you start an iDEAL transaction on your computer, you can always switch to a different user account before you scan the QR code and complete the iDEAL payment. :)
