Tap on the “Ask anything to Finn” bar
Tap on the icon in the top right corner
Browse through your Chats by date

What kind of information can I access through Finn?

With Finn as your trusty assistant, you've got a friendly guide ready to answer your questions about the bunq app and your Personal and Business accounts.

Finn can answer detailed queries like your average grocery spend, annual Amazon expenditure or the approximate arrival time of a payment. It can also respond to questions beyond transactions, like identifying a restaurant you visited in London or your spend at a cafe near Central Park. If you have a follow-up question, Finn will provide you with more detailed information on the topic you're interested in.

Finn offers insights into your spending (including external Bank Accounts you added), budgets, recommended places, and much more. You can ask Finn anything.

Additionally, you can now explore a personalized list of questions that are relevant to you. This feature is designed to help you find the information you need more quickly and efficiently.
