@Alexia-Hummingbird#287213 Hey Alexia, but here https://together.bunq.com/d/58520-how-to-benefit-from-your-free-credit-card it says you'll get the card regardless of what plan you're on. I'm on Easy Green and don't really need the card, but that's confusing because it's inconsistent information.

Quote from the page I linked above:

"As an Easy Green user, you can have up to 25 Virtual Credit Cards and 3 physical cards of your choice. Additionally, you’ll get a Free Credit Card that you’ll be able to find in your Home tab."

@New-Indigo-Baboon-3970805461#287397 Maybe the one free card doesn't count towards your card limit of 25? So then you can have 26 Digicards. But since it's indeed unclear, the page could be updated to clarify.

Yeah, that's possible. I second the call for an update. The page I linked was the first one I found here because I (very very low key because 25 virtual cards ;-)) expected the card to pop up in my account.

I have the same expectations. It was announced on Bunq update that it's an update regarding Free Credit Card.

I did not see a new card in my account and reached out to customer service. I was given conflicting answers like the on the screenshot
I was told this free credit card is a physical card and is different from the virtual cards.

So customer service looked into it and never got back to me. I only found out today from Bunq's website the following:

Your Free Credit Card is a virtual card you can set up from your bunq app and then use with Apple Pay or Google Pay.

All the information was a bit confusing and conflicting.

Am I right to say that this Bunq 24 update regarding Free Credit Card has no major impact on Easy money users besides the ability to have an extra card, bringing the limit from 25 to 26?

And all my previous credit cards (virtual or physical) will work as usual and do not need any changes?

Note that indeed, because of the extra free virtual card we offer for all plans, the free virtual card limit will increase to 26 (from 25) on the Easy Money and Easy Green plans. All your previous credit cards (virtual or physical) will work as usual, no need to change anything there 🙌 🌈
