Your Free Credit Card is a virtual card you can set up from your bunq app and then use with Apple Pay or Google Pay.

How do I start using my Free Credit Card?

If you’re on Easy Savings, your Free Credit Card is a prepaid card. To put money on it, simply:

Go to 🏠 Home
Tap on your card
Tap 🟣 + Add Money
Choose the top-up method you want to use
Follow the flow
Done, your Free Credit Card is ready to use ✅

If you’re on Easy Card, Easy Bank, Easy Bank Pro or Easy Bank Pro XL, your Free Credit Card is instantly ready to use and you can link it to any of your Bank Accounts in seconds:

Go to 🏠 Home
Tap on your card
Tap on the button under ‘Pay from’
Select the Bank Account you want to pay from when using your Free Credit Card.

Can I get a physical card?

Only Easy Savings users can get the physical version of the Free Credit Card. The physical version can be ordered for just €9.99 / year.

What is the daily limit?

You can check the daily card limits for top-up, withdrawals, deposits and contactless payments in this topic.

How do I order a physical version of the card?

With just a few taps in the app, you can order a physical version of the card for just €9.99 per year. Keep in mind that only Easy Savings users can order a physical version of the card.

Tap on “Get a physical version of this card”
Follow the flow

Good to know

No MassInterest is earned on the balance on your Free Credit Card.
Your Free Credit Card earns you Cashback if you’re on Easy Bank Pro XL. If you’re on Easy Bank Pro, Easy Bank or Easy Savings, you can earn Cashback too: all you have to do is ask an Easy Bank Pro XL user if you can join their Green Team!
If you decide to switch from Easy Savings to another plan, the funds on your Free Credit Card will be transferred to your Main bank account and a Virtual Credit Card will be given to you. The Free Credit Card will become a Virtual Credit Card. However, if you already have a physical version of your Free Credit Card, you can continue using it as usual.
