I suggest you may want to open a SOS support ticket. These tickets are opened more faster than the "normal" support tickets.
Also thank you for reporting the issue in the forum. Hopefully it is resolved soon.
It might have to do something with a new Apple Pay option but I'm not sure. Seems both problems occured at the same time.
