• No longer able to schedule withdrawals from savings account

Since the recent update, it is no longer possible to set a date for a withdrawal from a savings account.

This used to be possible, and I used this frequently when I knew a big payment would be deducted on a specific date.

Why is this gone, and can we get it back?

    @Itsacon#287840 As far as I can see, I'm able to plan a transfer to a savings account to another sub-account without any issues.

    Just use the Pay button on the Home page.

      Interesting. That does work in the app, but not on the website. But at least I have a way to do it now, thanks!

        a year later

        And interestingly, when using the pay button, you cannot cancel the scheduled payment... that's infuriating

          @Benjamin-Aquamarine-Dolphin#297662 Correct, unfortunately. Once you've scheduled a payment from a savings account, there's no way to change or cancel it

            Hey @thijsoost#297663 and @Benjamin-Aquamarine-Dolphin#297662 👋 Thank you for pointing this out. I'd love to explain how you can edit or cancel a scheduled payment from a Savings Account:

            1. Go to your 🏠 Home tab
            2. Tap on the Savings Account
            3. Tap on the scheduled payment
            4. Tap on "Edit scheduling" or "Cancel future payments"
            5. Done!

            Let me know if this works for you 🙏 If not, please let us know via the in-app Support Center so that we can report this to our developers to be fixed 🛠️

              @Maya-Maya#297664 That might help!

              But it would be great if you could also find the scheduled payments in the settings of a savings account, like it is the case for regular sub-accounts
