Hello! Tried to open an account a few days ago and I have been stuck in the "verifying your info" status ever since. Since I need to get my account up and running asap I contacted customer service to ask if something was wrong. They told me that the photo of my passport didn't show all four corners (very hard to get right when the app takes the picture itself and you can't retake it), but now 24 hours later I still haven't got the option to retake the picture and no more answers from the customer service. When will this be solved?
