Mischa Congrats on the shout out, even better that you were there at the bunq update presentation
Fastjur It was a nice surprise.
I love the idea but its really poorly executed. Sorry, this small border doesnt help at all. The bunq card is just to colorful for the border to make a difference in the list. I would have expected something more striking.
I like this feature, but it’s not really that useful as long as virtual cards can not be added directly to Apple Pay through the bunq app. Right now, with my joint membership I have 3 cards in my Apple Wallet: a Maestro card, a Mastercard debit, and a Mastercard credit (= Travel Card). All of these can already be distinguished using either the Maestro/Mastercard logo or by the “debit”/“credit” inscription. So, unless I’m missing something, this feature would only be useful if you happen to have two cards of the same type that you need to distinguish. Feels like a missed opportunity to not exploit all those new card colors with the ability to add and distinguish virtual cards in Apple Pay ...

Those cards do not officially support Apple Pay. 😉
Sander I know, but they should, especially since they could now be distinguished with the new card colors 🙂 Other fintechs (e.g., Revolut) that offer virtual cards already allow these to be added to Apple Pay, and I don’t see why bunq shouldn’t ...
Yes yes yes !!! And fit in different colors anyway. It is actually my greatest frustration with Bunq that I cannot properly separate my different steps. I understand the branding aspect of it, but with some other sofas you can even submit your own design. That is not necessary, but for example being able to choose one or two Bunq colors per pass would make Bunq perfect for me.
Mister-Lee-Orange-Kiwi At which bank can you design the payment card design in your Apple Wallet?

You can now choose from 7 colors? Or do you mean you want the entire pass to change color instead of just the top edge? Or are you talking about physical passes instead of Apple Pay?
The colors are not enough for me, it is also a shame that the selection of colors is smaller than the colors that you can give to an account. It would also be nice if at least the bill logo (so that from the standard selection) were visible with it. That would make a big difference
