• Dates gone in Transaction overview post update

Hi,
Not a big thing perse but I noticed that transactions are no longer categorized by date in the overview after the last update. You actually have to click on each transaction to see when they occured. Combine that with the loss of the insights tool and the inability to set a date range in the budgett tool , and it is becoming increasingly more difficult to budget using Bunq. I already had to switch to manually adding up all groceries from the 23rd of the month till the 22nd to be able to monitor my budget, now I have to add the steps of clicking on half of the items to see if they fall in my date range.

Is there a specific reason this simplw overview feature is removed?

@Kathleen-Cyan-Hummingbird#289023 I would also like to know why this was removed! Would love to see it back, now it has become more difficult to quickly see the date of a transaction.

@Kathleen-Cyan-Hummingbird#289023 Hey Kathleen 👋 Thanks for your feedback! It's so important for us to hear what our users are missing from their banking experience; how else can we improve and help you make life easy? Let's gauge interest from other users in restoring this feature, here in this thread 🌈

if it's indeed removed intentionally instead of being a bug, I'd love to hear the reasoning from the design team for this, because it's genuinely baffling that anyone who claims to be a designer would sign off on this.

It seems that whoever came up with this doesn't use their own app outside of Figma

@Kai-Grey-Leopard#289069 There's the design (UI) and there's the user experience (UX). From a UI perspective, removing the dates looks nice. But from a UX perspective, it's a bad decision.

@thijsoost#289070 agreed. although I would even argue that it looks good. Without structure, it's just a pile of transactions. Might as well just remove those and have the app just show your current account balance and nothing else. Minimalism archieved

Some of the choices Bunq makes are mind boggling, like with the prediction on the past that took up 1/3 of the screen and now this one.

I really hope in the future test will be done by a group of actual users as a beta group, which provide feedback before making more of these choices.

This should have never been removed. Please put this back ASAP, it's now absolutely impossible to quickly see what I paid for on a certain date.

In the past, I could easily see what and where I spend all my money after a day of shopping. Now it's impossible to see.

Hey guys! I've looked into this some more and now have a better idea of what Kathleen was initially describing. This isn't a feature that's been removed, but a bug in the app 🪲 Our team is already aware of the bug and is busy working on getting a fix out ASAP, as we realise it must be frustrating to have your transactions presented in this unorganised fashion! I've notified the team working on the bug that all of your here in this thread are affected by it, so there's no need to take further action for the time being.

If you have any questions, feel free to ask them here! We look forward to resolving this for you all, soon 🌈
