I want to pay the openAi but the automatic payment is not working because the limits of this merchant is exceeded. Because the dollar and euro price exchange rates. So i removed the merchant but i still cant pay anything with my card.

Jordi Have you tried adding them as an accepted merchant? Otherwise contact bunq support.

I have the exact same problem. I've tried everything. The merchant is added to my accepted merchants. I cant seem to change the limit, it resets to 28 all the time. Even payments under 28 don't go through. Bunq keeps auto-rejecting every single payment I try to make

Same issue with openAI, I switched from web to payment through GPlay instead, which worked.
However I want to use ChatGPT Teams which is not available in the app, so I have to do it through web again. Still the same issue.

Bunq autorejects openAI payments exclusively.

Dmitrij Did you try a Digicard or a physical card? My Digicard didn't work, but my physical card did

I have this same issue with a bunch of merchants that don't charge in € but in other currencies. I can set the limit for their monthly payments but then currency rates change and Bunq refuses again. Bunq seems to be going out of its way to make payments difficult.
