Account restricted for 7 days so far, no answer.

Hi, I made an account and deposited good funds in order to get nice yield on my deposits.
After some days I got the email that my account was restricted to Euro 500 a day and I submitted the proof of were the money came from.

They were supposed to come back after 5 days but no answers yet.
I am really worried, it is my money and I never got these issues in my life with any bank.
Please team can you support?

Furthermore I can not call you since my tax id is not from NL and contains letters and on the phone you can not submit it...

Pasquale Bunq doesn't have phone support; calling just creates a support ticket (which you can also do in the bunq app).

Unfortunately, support waiting times are at 1-2 weeks at the moment. You'll probably receive a response within the next 7 days.
