Where can I see my transaction overview?
All the transactions that you make with your Free Credit Card will be visible in the card overview in the app. To do so, follow the steps below:
- Go to the Card tab
- Scroll down to check your transaction overview 💸
How does the Pre-Authorization work?
A pre-authorized payment is a reservation of funds for a transaction, but the payment isn't finalized until the merchant claims the funds. The funds didn’t leave your account yet, but they were reserved for the merchant.
Once the pre-authorization is done, the merchant has to settle the exact amount. If the transaction wasn’t complete for a different reason, and the period of 7 or 30 days (depending on the merchant) has passed, you can request a chargeback.
Are there any fees?
The Free Credit Card is a prepaid card and therefore comes without any monthly costs or hidden fees. You can also use this card at ATMs that support Apple and Google Pay. Please note that each withdrawal will cost €2.99 plus any additional charges imposed by the ATM provider.
