So I’ve been trying to set up a business account (about 3 weeks ago) and after some verification they asked me to submit an income tax form. I explained that I had recently turned 18 and so do not have an income tax form yet. They were very understanding of this and said that I could just submit another document (which I did). Nearly 2 weeks later now they have just said they need more information and requested me to submit an income tax form even though I explained to them I couldn’t already? I’ve contacted customer support again but it usually takes a week or so for them to reply.
