  • External bank account without transactions

Hi all, I added my external account to the bunq app, it all seemed to work, but there are no transactions showing. I've tried to search for a recent transaction, but got no result. The sync was complete obviously because the sync flag on top has gone. Apart from that, it shows the right account and bank name, but the bank logo is wrong (ING instead of (German) Sparkasse. Anyone else running into this?

    Oh, and I unlinked the account and added it again, with the same result. The correct balance is shown though.

      @New-Indigo-Baboon-3970805461#292824 I connected a N26 account. It showed all transactions, but it also showed the ING logo.

          Ok, just got an update for the bunq app via the Play Store, and now transactions are actually showing. Logo is still wrong though. Maybe I'll try unlinking again for a fresh start.

          Update: I tried unlinking and adding the account again. It's still got the wrong logo. It's a small bug but should be looked into.
