• Uninformed fee increase from free wheel of fortune prize.

Some months ago I won 2x free months of what was then called easy green on wheel of fortune spins. When you win a prize the only button to press is 'claim prize'. Fine, whatever.

Imagine my surprise when you take not 9.99 this month, but 18.99 for 'Easy Pro XL' account, which I was apparently pushed to on the day I won the first wheel of fortune spin.

I never requested to be upgraded, I never accepted to be upgraded, you never told me by push or email that I was upgraded. If you decided to push two free months at max tier on me, fine, but it does not justify you signing me up for your (most expensive) tier unilaterally and seeking to take the fees before ever seeking informed consent.

Looking forward to seeing what Kifid thinks about these extremely deceptive practices. Imagine if BMW loaned me a 7 series while servicing my 1 series under warranty, then sent me a monthly lease invoice for the 7 and expected to pay forever after? This is one and the same.

@New-Peach-Capybara-2014082519#292974 that’s common bunq practices. If you ask support they should refund you. But yes bunq usually don’t alert you.

@Bogz#292979 It's a shame as I was in the final steps of making this my main salary+investing account! Not any more

Did you check your mails, maybe your spam box too? I won free Easy Green too, but bunq sent me a mail with a heads up before the free period was over.

Nope! Plenty of emails from bunq before and after, but none about this.
