Hi,
I am desperate and am now hoping for help from the community.
I would like to deposit one of my BUNQ accounts as a clearing account with TradeRepublic. To do this, you ‘only’ have to transfer one euro to the deposit account.
I have now done this and the one euro has also arrived at TradeRepublic. However, the IBAN from which I sent the money is not displayed there, but from an account that has been deleted and is still in the archive.
It is not possible to enter or change the IBAN manually.
No matter which support team I contact, both push me from one to the other.
In my opinion, the problem must lie with BUNQ, because they transfer the data during a transaction, only they can know the deleted IBAN, otherwise how could TradeRepublic have got hold of it?
Has anyone had similar experiences or can help here where the problem could be?
