Sending money in different currencies is now easier than ever!
Recently, we’ve updated the way payments are processed with Wise. As a result of this, we launched FX payments, which are being handled by bunq. Here’s what this means for you:
No more Wise onboarding: You’ll no longer need to complete the onboarding process with Wise. This streamlines your experience, eliminating an extra step when handling foreign currency transactions.

Transactions managed via bunq: Transactions made through the bunq app will no longer appear in your Wise account, even if you have one. Instead, all payments will be tracked and managed directly in the bunq app, offering a simpler way to oversee your transactions.

Support exclusively from bunq: If you need help with your transactions, there’s no need to contact Wise. Our dedicated bunq support team is here to assist you. Simply reach out to us directly through the bunq app for any assistance.

Keep in mind that as we transition to one-time FX payments, some currencies may temporarily not be available. We're working hard to ensure these become available again really soon! You can see the available currencies as of now here ✅
