I'm facing an ongoing issue with Bunq that's been incredibly frustrating, and I would really appreciate any help from the community or a response from Bunq support.
About 12 days ago, I initiated a large transfer from another bank to Bunq, but for security reasons, Bunq placed the transaction on hold.
As soon as Bunq contacted me, I promptly provided all the required documents. Despite being told that the review would take 48 hours, it took 7 days for support to inform me that the transaction had been cleared. However, it's now been 5 more days, and the transaction is still pending, leaving me without access to my money.
Thereβs been no clarification or response to my inquiries under the support ticket.
Has anyone else experienced something similar with Bunq? How can I expedite the processing of my transaction?
I appreciate any advice or suggestions.
