  • [REPORTED] what is this iDeal profile I'm being promoted to make?

Hi,

Since a week or two ago, I get a prompt in the app when I accept an iDeal payment. It says something about making a "my iDeal profile" and never having to enter your bank account again.

What is this? It's iDeal, I already don't enter my bank account. That's the whole point!

I'm afraid to continue because I don't want it to skip the screen where I can pick an account, not every iDeal payment needs to come from the same place.

Is there any info? I haven't found anything yet.

    Is it possible to opt out of this as well? I keep being asked to create an iDEAL profile on each iDEAL payment, which I don't need or want. There doesn't seem to be an option in the bunq app to disable this...
