In recent days I wanted to order a new sim only unlimited data from KPN and the courier needed to deduct 1 cent from my card, and the terminal refused. He was asking for other banks' card. He didnt realy understood the business process. He told me KPN doesnt accept bunq card. Although he had nothing to do with KPN, it was his own AMP provided terminal which refused my card. He added also I could use a friend's card. Lol. Yet AMP on their website advertise himself as an identification champion with all their certified standards.
What can I do in this situation? I called KPN and they told us its not on their side, they accept bunq, and they acepted my 1 cent on the moment of the order online through ideal. I can't call AMP yet its Sunday but Im sure all they will say is that they dont accept it and just go to another bank. Soon as I'm able I will because I dont need this discrimination. Until I need to have unlimited internet subscription somehow.
