I'm sorry to hear about your experience at the car dealership. We understand how important it is for payments to go through smoothly and promptly, especially in such situations.
The Delayed Payments feature was introduced as an additional security measure to protect our users from potential fraud. If a payment raises our suspicion, we delay the processing of that payment and notify you of the delay. This gives you the opportunity to review and cancel the payment if you never intended to send it.
However, we understand that not all users may find this feature beneficial. That's why we've made it possible for you to disable Delayed Payments. Once you've disabled this feature, all your payments will be processed instantly. Please note that it takes 24 hours for this change to be effective.
Here's how you can disable Delayed Payments:
- Go to 👤 Profile tab
- Tap on ⚙️ Settings
- Tap on Security
- Tap on Delayed Payments
- Confirm that you know the risks and toggle it off
- You’ll receive an email informing you that in 24 hours change will be effective
- After 24 hours the change will be effective and all your payments will be processed instantly
