• How can I view the list of automatic payments in the iOS app?

I’m having trouble finding how to see the entire list of accounts set up for auto-payments/subscriptions. Moreover, if an automatic payment fails and the amount isn't debited, there doesn’t seem to be an option to simply follow the payment details and make the payment manually.

In the settings, there’s a section for scheduled payments, but it only shows manually created ones, and auto-payments from the card are not displayed

      @thijsoost#296714 Here's what I mean:

      I have subscriptions with automatic monthly payments, such as Spotify, The New York Times, messengers or Apple Music.

      The use case is as follows: I need to locate a list of all such subscriptions in the app that involve automatic monthly payments. After that, I want to find out if it’s possible to cancel the subscription or payment directly within the app, or if I need to go to each specific service and cancel the subscription and payment through my account there.

      Thank you in advance for your response

        @New-Violet-Hartebeest-3519129464#297187 These 'automatic payments' are called 'direct debits'. You can find a list in the bunq app: Profile > Settings > Security > Direct debits.

        You have to cancel the subscription via every specific service.
