  • [BUG] Stocks feature not accessible

Hi guys, I'm Dutch resident/tax resident, older than 18 years and I have verified account. However, I can't use my stocks option/tool. I got confirmation that this is bug in the app and that support is working on it. Does anyone know when is this issue going to be resolved? Thanks!

    This is indeed a known bug that our developers are working on 🛠️ Before they release a fix, they will thoroughly test everything, which takes some time.

        Ik wacht hier ook al een lange tijd op. Antwoord en/of timeline blijven uit.

        Ik hoop van harte dat dit voor het einde van het jaar staat. Mijn partner, met iPhone, gebruikt deze functie al sinds easy investments gesloten is.

          I am a British national resident and tax payer of NL i have been unable to invest with Bunq since their investment launch in my app in October. We are now in the middle of January!! This is an unacceptable amount of time to wait for your own bank to fix their services. Do you have any idea how much longer your customers have to wait? Would it be best to look for another platform that can bank and invest my monies?

            @Jocelyn-Blue-Badger#298447 Did you want to start investing before? Or do you want to start investing since bunq introduced their investment feature? As there are many alternatives available already, often with lower fees than a bank. My advice is to find a broker to invest instead of investing via a bank, as banks often ask higher fees.
