• Fee to sell and withdraw ETF money

I am migrating from BUX to bunq all my stocks and ETF investments, but then I saw that per transaction I’ll be charged 1%, so basically if for example someday I want to sell 10000€ in stocks I will have to pay 100€ for that? In BUX it is fixed 1,99€

    Hi @Panta 👋

Thanks for taking part in the community and your question that I'd be glad to answer.

The first three months is zero fees for Stocks 🚀 Starting from your fourth month and onwards, it's as follows:

    • For Easy Card, Easy Savings, and Easy Bank the fee is 0,99% per transaction.
    • For Easy Bank Pro the fee is 0,79% per transaction.
    • For Easy Bank Pro XL the fee is 0,49% per transaction.

You can learn more by checking out our detailed pricing list.
Please also have a look at Stocks Beta FAQ.

@Jo-#297134 For Easy Card, Easy Savings, and Easy Bank the fee is 0,99€ per transaction.
For Easy Bank Pro the fee is 0,79€ per transaction.
For Easy Bank Pro XL the fee is 0,49€ per transaction. You can learn more by checking out our detailed pricing list.

These would actually be attractive conditions. But according to the pricing list, it is 0.49-0.99%, not €. Is the pricing list not correct?

@waldemarhelm#297136 Apologies, those € signs should be %. Edited my above message.

@Jo-#297134 can you confirm my initial example is correct? (Ignoring discounts)

@Panta#297180 I can confirm without the discounts of Easy Bank Pro and XL, the fee is 0,99%, as you suggested with Easy Card, Easy Savings and Easy Bank 🙏

@Jo-#297181 so while other services charge 1,99€ bunq will charge me 100€ to sell/withdraw 10.000€ at some point, correct?

@Panta#297183 Yes, bunq has a fee of 1% per transaction. So you pay this fee when buying stocks, but also when selling them. Trading stocks via your bank is often more expensive than via a dedicated broker.

@thijsoost#297184 thanks, then unfortunately bunq is not a viable option right now.

                    4 months later

Bunq's fees are utterly ridiculous. The broker-function is currently unusable for that reason. Is Bunq looking to move towards reasonable fees in the future?
