The new Instant Bank Transfer top up option lacks support for some banks, including the ones I use other than bunq.
Currently while waiting for them to support those banks (I’ve already submitted them into the form), I have to submit an Instant Bank Transfer on the other banks websites for each transaction, which they charge high fees for.
One reason I’m a bunq subscriber is bunqs promise to cover all the bank fees in the subscription cost, so now having to pay the fees twice (once via my bunq subscription, once in actual bank fees on the other banks side) is unacceptable.
bunq as a bank decided to switch to a new provider to presumably save costs, it’s unfair to lay off the transition cost to the consumer. If you can’t ship a fully working product from day 0, please at least leave us a legacy option. Please bring back Klarna until your new provider supports all banks that Klarna did support.
