Apparently my 'Tap & Pay' card for Google Pay is expired at the end of November. I didn't get a notification or email in advance with "hey headsup, your card is expiring soon. replace it." Apart from the fact that I didn't get notified, I don't see a button anywhere in the app where I can replace this expired card? How complicated do you have to make it? I was in the store and tried to pay and was completely embarrassed.
Feedback:
Make sure the user is informed 1 week in advance before his/her card expires.
Make sure the user can easily replace the card, the only thing I can see is that I can block the card, set daily limit, allowed countries and tip protection.
What a circus. It doesn't have to be that difficult.
