I've just checked this internally, and it seems that you've permanently closed the account without the option to activate it again. However, you can easily create a new Savings Account or Bank Account, since it's included in your plan β
If you're prompted to upgrade to bunq Pro when you follow the flow to add a new account, this is likely a bug. Please report this to our team via the in-app Support Center so that we can take a closer look and fix this as soon as possible π οΈ
