Sort Payment to external account with reference not working

Hey,
I wanted to sort a payment and send a small amount of the money to Robinhood Crypto.
I added the external account with the identifier needed for deposits as the reference but after sorting the payment, the money was send without the reference.
I tried it again with another payment and one of my accounts with another bank but the same problem occurred
