• How to replace a Virtual Credit Card by a Virtual Debit Card?

I started my first bunq account and wanted a virtual debitcard. But I ended up with a virtual creditcard. How do I replace the creditcard with a debitcard?

    Maybe delete the virtual creditcard and add virtual debitcard, what package do you have ? it's the free one you can only add one virtual credit debit card

      Hey there! 😊 You can absolutely get a Virtual Credit Card or Virtual Debit Card with bunq.

      You’ll see the Virtual Debit Card as an option when ordering a new card. Here's how you can get yours:

      1. Go to the Home tab.
      2. Tap on 🟣 + Add.
      3. Select 🔵 Add Card.
      4. Choose Virtual Debit Card or Order Virtual Credit Card—whichever suits you best!
      5. Follow the steps to finalize your order.
      6. That’s it! You’re all set 🎉 Enjoy your new virtual card!

      If you already have one Virtual Credit Card, you can replace it with a Virtual Debit Card instead. Since bunq Free allows only one Virtual Card at a time, you can choose whichever suits you best! Just follow the same steps above and choose Virtual Debit Card and then you'll get asked the option the replace your current Virtual Credit Card if you have one.
