Hi all,
This isnt my first topic about this same issue, but since our latest inquires are ignored by Bunq staff, we want to know if the community has a solution.
This was sinds the beginning of the year, my last email to bunq apipartner@bunq was on 25 jan 2025.
Last info: "Thank you for providing the extra info.
I escalated the issue to be assessed by our backend team. I’ll update you as soon as we have any new information." - on 6 feb. 2025
Ive requested a status update on 19th, and I found radio silence. And since we are trying to run a business, our patience is running out after 3 weeks.
Issue info:
Im running a wordpress website with WooCommerce as webshop. Im using https://github.com/patrickkivits/bunq-for-woocommerce as plugin for payments with Bunq.
After some while Im getting feedback from users that cant do payments anymore because there is a error on the payment page.
The error says: "The item you requested could not be found."
Everything has been setup correctly with OAuth and we already had this working before (without changing code).
