I need help with this incredibly egregious company.
I returned two items and they send me the confirmation for a refund. But instead of a refund , they charged my CC for the same items AGAIN! And I cant do anything in the app. Need help!

Hey Cenk 👋 After checking this internally, I couldn't see any tickets opened yesterday from your account.
Please contact us through the in-app Support Center so that we can take a closer look. You can do so by following these steps:
- Open the Profile tab
- Tap "Support Center"
- Follow the instructions
As for your refund, you can easily request a chargeback for your card payments from the app. Feel free to check here for more information: How can I request chargebacks (card payment refunds)? 📚
