• Scheduled Payments

I’m currently unable to create properly scheduled standing orders. Although I set a future execution date, the amount is debited from my account immediately.
Additionally, the standing orders I set up do not appear in the overview, so I cannot verify or manage them.

I’ve been trying to resolve this issue for over a week, but the automated support keeps redirecting me without offering a solution.
Can someone please help?
