  • Check status of card payments

Hi,


One suggestion, it would be great if we can have the status of the payment.


For example "authorized", "claimed".


We can see if the merchant have claim the found or abandoned the authorization.

We could also understand if the merchant say I've cancel the payment, we still see that the payment it's not claimed and the found would be reversed to the Bunq account after 7, 10,... days.


With the FAQ, I can't find in how many days Bunq release funds of a abandoned authorization.


Revolut make this difference and it's great to see the state of the payment.

    I would love this feature too :) So we as the user don't always have to ask the support if the payment is authorized or already completed. Maybe you could just make something like a "Payment status: (pending/completed)" in the card payment details. Because then using a debit card, having the money "frozen" for 7 days until it returns automatically is sometimes a very worrying process. Because some times you can use this money better in other ways ;)

      Just came across this topic and wanted to say this has been implemented a while ago. You can find this information when going to the transaction > Need help with this payment > Show payment history.
