• Mastercard Refund time frame

So, I've received a refund from Thalys three days ago on my Mastercard, but it hasn't been processed by bunq yet. What is the expected time frame for these refunds to be processed?

    Credit card refunds can take a while sometimes. If they refunded three days ago, you mean Thursday? Then it’ll likely not appear back in your account until in the course of next week.

    Mind you, Thalys saying they are going to refund and them processing it might not be the same thing either. :)

      @Benedikt#51330 It depends on the merchant and how the merchant made the refund, so it's completely normal that it's still not proceeded
