Hi Kevin,

First of all, merry christmas!
We will take a look why it's currently not possible to a create a sandbox user. If you have already have an user, you could use that one in te meantime to get going with your development.

We will update this issue when we have an update!

                  Noticed this thread never got an update. As updated elsewhere, sandbox should be fully-functioning now. Please report if you encounter any problems.
