meine Bank hat die am 27.12 überwiesen.
Und bunq hat mir am 29.12 das Geld zurück überwiesen?

Zwischen 23-27 sind mehr als 2 Tage...

    Gegebenenfalls wegen der Buchungstage? Habe viele Meldungen aufm Konto bezüglich abweichender Datumsangaben der Wertstellung. Vielleicht geht das deswegen zurück. Eben jedenfalls 200 eingezahlt und keine Probleme gehabt.

      @Luis-Dragon#52224 Genau das ist das Problem. Bunq wartet quasi nur bis zum 25., wenn das Geld später kommt buchen sie es einfach zurück.

        Ja, aber es scheint generell ein Problem zu geben. Zahlungen wurden heute abgelehnt und trotzdem vom Guthaben abgezogen

          Falls es hilft: Eine Überweisung von meinem Postbankkonto zu bunq vom 25. kam heute bei bunq an. Vielleicht gab es entsprechende Buchungsengpässe, die dann das 2-Tage-SOFORT-Fenster gesprengt haben

            Selbes Problem bei mir, bei mir sind es zwar nur 10€ aber immerhin bin ich jetzt hier auf dem Bunq Konto im Minus.

              An alle. Wartet einfach ein paar Tage dann wird das Geld wieder auf eurem Konto erscheinen. Nicht bei bunq.
              Falls dem nicht so ist, wendet euch Montag oder Dienstag Abend an den Privaten Support.

                Also ich habe mehr Mals schon per sofort Überweisung Geld überwiesen und hatte keine Probleme 🤷🏻‍♂️ vielleicht liegt es an gewiesen Banken die Probleme mit der bunq haben?

                  Bei Sofort Top-Ups strecken wir das Geld deinem Konto vor bis das Geld tatsächlich von deiner anderen Bank ankommt. Im aktuellen Fall ist das Geld über die Feiertage nicht von deiner anderen Bank innerhalb von drei Tagen überwiesen worden, dann wird es automatisch zurückgebucht und deinem bunq Konto abgeschrieben

                    Habe gestern auch erst 250€ mit sofort überwiesen und ging reibungslos

                              German Banks don‘t do transactions on 31th Dezember.

                              So Germans got some Kind of Problem xD
                              In austria and Netherlands the 31. Is a Banking day, so its all good for them :)

                              The support said this:“Ah, I see. In case they don't process payment at both 31st of December and 1st January, then sofort topups/payments might be reversed indeed.

                              Yes, we are looking into it already. I understand it can be inconvenient, but when we don't receive the money within 3 days we revert it because of risk reasons. As we give you the money upfront, but then also need to get it from your other bank of course.“

                              Will give you Updates, if i know more...

                                There should be a disclaimer „Don‘t top up if your bank doesn‘t process the payment until tomorrow.“ or something. Only when you know about this rule you won‘t be surprised that the money gets returned.
