• What's your fondest 2019 wish?

I am very glad that I discovered bunq 🌈 in 2018. First it was for 🍏 Pay in Germany but now bunq is my main bank and I don’t want to miss this banking comfort and possibilities anymore. Thank you and stay as innovative as you are.

My wish for the future: Please keep your investment policy clean from shady business. If you / the single user decide to store not all the money at the ECB but invest some money, make sure it will be a sustainable investment with a good impact to the people, society or environment.

A few tenths of a percent in interest on savings accounts would be nice

      @Ali#52335 Hi 👋🏼 Ali!

Indeed, it was a fabulous year with many cool new feature that kept on surprising me 👍... I feel honored to have being a part of this journey.

      What I wish for 2019?
First of all I wish bunq and all their bunqers a healthy and fantastic 2019 with a warm and wonderful time with all your loved ones.

I hope bunq 🌈 just keeps on being the great company it already is and keep on growing. Make sure you guys will keep on thinking outside the box, feeding on users feedback and keep on providing the banking feature of the future.. today.

I have lots of feature ideas💡 and wishes.. but we will get to that later on ;)

      some final words
I wish everybody a great weekend 👌... and hope you all have a great new year party :)

      Greets,
      John Do

PS: I secretly hope to receive a invite in 2019 to be part of the beta testing team or product focus group ;) #wishfulthinkingperhaps 😉

Less bugs on the android version and just more love for the android app.. and also a solution for the payment routing :)

bunq-wise my wish is the return of the MasterCard re-routing or an adequate replacement for it.

On a more general scale, I want my loved ones and myself to be healthy and happy 😊

            A working sandbox API 😁

One bunq.me page per iban. And a second wish would be: Virtual MasterCards to set different limits, properties and routing rules. Third: Keep the cool features and polish coming as it did in 2018!

@Freek#52431 .. or a big pay with SOFORT button for the customers outside of NL :)

First of all I’ll start with a positive note: the app works pretty well (except for Together) and it’s very easy to use. Well done to Bunq and let’s hope it’s even better in 2019! I’m also happy to see Apple Pay expanded to more countries. Let’s hope the Netherlands is next!

Then on a less positive note, the wish:
If there is one thing I could wish for, then it is for Bunq to either lower the prices to reasonable levels or actually deliver a Premium service. :) As it standa, Bunq is much more expensive AND a lot more limited. I had expected it was more expensive due to better functionality and more freedom, but the opposite is true.

                  The top annoyances:
                  - No clarity on joint accounts combined with PROMO’s, support said they’d look in to it but I never heard back from them. A kind fellow Bunq customer ran some tests for me for which I am very grateful, but I want it confirmed.
                  - A fee of €8 extra per month on top of the high €8/month you’re already paying, if all you want is a card for your husband/wife to go with the joint account you setup. €8/month just to get a card... Come on. Let it take up one of your Premium card slots or charge €2 extra if its a fourth card - but €8 forceful upgrade to Premium so you technically pay €16/month for a simple joint account? Way expensive.
                  - No way to deposit cash to a Bunq account without extremely high fees
                  - Together is complete and utter chaos with the flags, title alterations, no dedicated boards, etc.
                  - The business package is up to four times as expensive as competitors for ZZP clients that do < 1000 transactions/year. (And no cash deposits.)
                  - If you want to pay a little less than the regular ultra high banking fee, you have to create/join a pack that involves all kinds of risks (and sacrificing some privacy) for both owner as pack member. Just get rid of Pack, lower the fee for Unlimited from €8 to €5 and business accounts from €10 to €7,50/month and call it a day! No more Pack hassles and Bunq will be more attractive to new signups as well.
                  - There is no way to export a list of transactions you generated using a filter. This would be nice in order to see what exactly you spent at, for example, the grocery store.

If out of that s-list I have to pick ONE single wish, then I’m undecided between letting Bunq lower the prices and the Joint-card problem. :) At least getting rid of Pack and make it €5 by default would already be a major improvement and make it easier to get others to join!

I hope something is done with this feedback (usually when you have some critique you get shunned or told to be quiet) and that Bunq will evolve to an actually reasonable and fully functional useful bank in 2019! :)

Thanks in advance for your consideration and I’d like to wish Ali and everbody at Bunq, including my fellow Bunq customers a very happy and healthy 2019! :D

                    Migration Service for German Accounts.

I wish for a free version with more limited features. All my friends would love bunq, but don’t want to pay for a bank account. Benchmark: most accounts in Germany that you have to Pay for are around 6 euros. I could think of:

                      Basic (free):
                      1 Mastercard
1 Account, 2 goals, join up to 2 shared accounts
Full social functions for receiving and sending money

                      Expat (up to 4 euro):
                      2 MasterCards or Maestro
                      10 Accounts whatever kind
                      Apple Pay
                      Full Social features

                      Premium (7.99):
                      As is now.

Reasoning: I would like to have bunq scaling so I can use the social banking features with mY friends. So the free account will mostly help Premium members to have more use of bunq.

Apple Pay - for Germany - is considered as a premium service. Most banks that offer it have accounts where you have to pay monthly fees. So the „extra fee“ for bunq „expat“ will amortize this (i would say, taking numbers from boon, Apple Pay has a worth of 1,49 per month).

Payment routing for MasterCard & Garmin Pay would make 2019 a good year.

Better cards!! The current cards feel luke toy cards or like a cheap giftcard from h&m.

Also better marketing and pr, sometimes i think you guys are wayyyy too IT focussed and miss your mark. For instance that ad: '25 bank accounts, for all your bae's" made my toes curl pretty bad. And advertising an open API to the general public, they won't know what that is

@beersko#52461 huh.. "25 bank accounts, for all your bae's" which one is that? seem to have missed it...

@DaveFlash#52462 It was on posters at bus stops. I forgot the exact text, but its this one:

IFTTT functionality to manage your money.

                                  One example:
-If i receive money from ... than put ...% of that to ... account.

                                  Would be awesome

@beersko#52463 ahhhh the famous lady with her longgg arm ;)

Maybe a way to customize the card, or at least multiple designs. I'm gonna be a total buzzkill but admit that i don't really like the rainbow design. I mean i can live with it, but i do get my cards mixed up sometimes since they all look the same
