As you know, the normal processing time for international SWIFT transfers is up to around 1 week because there's a lot of manual work involved in comparison to regular SEPA bank transfers or SEPA Instant Payments. There was also the weekend... of course I understand that it probably really sucks to have to wait for your money to arrive, but to me the time-frame doesn't seem worrisome quite yet.
If you still have a Debit card or Credit card of your bank in the UAE, you could also look into using Wise.com for your international payments to your bunq account. You would save the SWIFT transfer fees at bunq and the processing will probably be a lot faster. Not sure if it's cheaper overall, though, so should you consider this compare the fees and the exchange rates you're getting.
