  • When do I have to pay my membership?

I started with bunq in the 11th of December 2018. Due to the free month of use I think I need to pay the first time on Febuary 11th because there was no transaction from my account yet.

!! However !! if I look up the membership menu in order too se the fate of my next upcoming payment, it says that there are no payments to be displayed. Help? I guess...

    @theNeorax#56072 What I understand is that you pay after worth's, so the first payment (11 Jan to 10 Feb) would be charged on February 10th or some date nearby.

      If you have started on dec 11, then you will be charged normally at January 11.

        @ptrck#56078 As I said, if I go to monthly costs it says that there is nothing to pay whatsoever.

          @jholzhause#56080 I didn’t.

            @theNeorax#56081 I’m sorry, early in the morning... grabbing a coffee now.
            But maybe try Private Matters so they can look it up what’s wrong.

              @theNeorax#56081 And what is the topic over monthly costs? Is there „PREMIUM“ stated?

                @ptrck#56083 Maybe I should. Thanks anyway! 👋🏻

                  I stand corrected...

                  I think the app doesn' show any invoices in the first month, except for the initial invoice that is charged (€ 0,00) when you complete the setup. I can't recall whether it did show me any invoice in the first month.

                    @theNeorax#56072 Just click on the tab „profile“ on the bottom right then on „membership“ and then click on „monthly costs“ there it will tell you exactly when you are going to get billed the next time.

                      @Heda#56100 As I already stated, the app says that there is nothing to be paying for. And yes: Premium membership is activated.

                        For all non-German speakers; it says something like „No costs to be displayed“. The weird thing is, that within my first month of use I had a statistic in this area of the app, showing 0€ of costs due to the free trial.

                          Once there was a Bunq Promo membership. Which was free, but it was some kind of PREMIUM membership.
                          Could it be you have this Promo membership?

                            @Luis-Dragon#56107 I have a normal PREMIUM membership.

                              @theNeorax#56108 Okay🤔 did you ask the private support?

                                @Luis-Dragon#56109 I think I have no other option. Thanks anyway mate!

                                  You can try to downgrade to free membership and then upgrade again to Premium xD

                                    I had the same problem, I checked my monthly costs around the time I was supposed to be billed, and it displayed the same thing, I contacted Private Matters and they fixed it within 10 minutes, after which I paid the amount I was owed for this month. They said it was a issue that occurs when you check your monthly costs around the time you are supposed to pay
