• Execution date not supported in SEPA XML?

Hey there, I just processed a SEPA XML Payment file (pain.001.001.03) which includes a date field for execution of the payment. (ReqdExctnDt)
This date was set to Jan 29, and yet the payment was executed immediately. Is this an unsupported feature? Or is there another way to schedule SEPA payment files?

Thanks,

Tobias

I just uploaded a sepa xml file for making payments from our connected Exact Online account.

This we’re 4 payments, all with different dates for the actual payment set in the xml file.

    2x 21 january
    1x 28 january
    1x 05 february

After importing and confirming the payments in the app, now it seems that all payment have been done immediately - instead of on the date as set in de sepa xml export.

I was in touch with your customer service, and there is no option for changing this at the moment.

No this was only a test with 4 payments. Usually I do batches of around 25-40 payments. Sometimes with big amounts. Now there is no way of scheduling them, and with the amount of payments we make there is no way of doing it manually for every payment.

Please let me know how we can work towards a solution. (The dates are in the XML import, so maybe use them?

Same here: When I open a XML SEPA file to payout my employees on a certain date, the app ignores the ReqdExctnDt and pays immediately. Is there a way around this? I get no response from bunq on this matter.

Have you asked bunq in the Support πŸ’¬? There is currently not really a way to work around it as far as I am aware. But bunq will always answer you when you ask in the chat. πŸ‘

Bump for this feature request! Is there an issue somewhere we can vote for?
