Can someone (PLEASE) explain to me why I could send in real-time from Sparkasse to bunq (myself) on a regular basis but my family also with Sparkasse CANNOT send to my bunq accounts in real-time? It’s real frustrating for me.

Mr. Underwood Ist das bei der Sparkasse nicht eine Option die man wählen muss? Meist kostenpflichtig

FloLoL79🌈 Yes it’s an option that you have to click on. It works for me by turning green. When my family members try to click on the real-time button, nothing happens.
And it’s a free service.

Mr. Underwood Ich verstehe. Hat hoffentlich nichts damit zu tun, dass gewisse Sparkassen immer noch ihre Aversionen gegen Fintech Banken haben.

Mr. Underwood I know there is (or was) this agreement between bunq and at least some of the Sparkasse banks, that instant payments to new bunq accounts will only work after a month or so.
But it was never clear to me what defines "new" and "account". Does it mean the bunq user account in general, i.e. he has to be a bunq member longer than a month to receive instant payments? Or do they mean IBAN accounts, which would mean an account cannot receive instant payments from Sparkasse until it has been in your bunq account at least a month. Or a mixture of both?

Roeshimi It would simply be nice if the banks would just stop playing games and fully support real-time transfers.

Instant Payment to Sparkasse (Black Forrest 🌲🌲🌲 via LBBW) failed today. Ten days ago it worked for the same account (from same account) so I don't think this is risk based, amount was 8 and 18 EUR. Please fix it, if you think this could be usefull for planting trees. 🌈🌲
