I am already 8 days waiting for verification at Transferwise, is this normal? Does anyone have the same experiance?

            @test1#59970 Well then maybe you understand that there is nothing bunq can do about it. Transferwise is a stand-alone service that just happens to be integrated into bunq. Bunq cannot give you support for transferwise. Therefore you need to solve those issues with them.

            But what exactly is your problem? Did you provide all your personal information that was asked for and uploaded your copy of passport? If you did those things verification should only take a few hours max. a couple of days. I remember that my account was verified within a few minutes actually. Maybe you should double check your information that you provided or just restart the whole verification process.

                @test1#59974 Well and I am trying to help you since you still seem to have the problem. As I mentioned I haven’t had any problems with transferwise. So maybe you should just restart the whole authentication process or create a new account with them and give it another try. Like I said normally verification only takes a few hours to maximum a day or two. There definitely is something wrong with your verification process.

                Transferwise themselves say it takes maximum 2 days to verify your account. So there is a Problem maybe you didnt Upload a good enough photo of your passport. Make sure that no details are covered and the photo is taken with good light.

                Usually the support answers very quickly from transferwise so you should try to reach out to them again. Or like I said start over again with a fresh account. Delete the current account and register again.

                    @Robert-Silver-Turtle-4265395482#59980 Transferwise is also integrated into N26 similar to bunq. Last time I checked they didn‘t have as many currencies but maybe that improved.
