Increase character limit bunq card

Hi, Is there an option to get my full company name 'Burgemeester van Buiten' get on my bunq card?
It looks very stupid at the moment, because the last 'n' is missing.

Burgemeester van Buiten not sure whether they can do this, but you can ask if support can change your company name temporarily to "Burgemeester van" and then order a card where the second line has the description "Buiten". The only downside is that this is also the description that shows as the "name" of the card in the app. But at least the name would be printed correctly.

I'm sorry to hear that you are in the unfortunate case where the character-limit of the cards isn't sufficient enough.
But I think there isn't much that bunq is able to do about this, not in a short notice at least.

But you could try to reach out to bunq support, via the Private Matters chat.
Here on the community forum we can't help you further unfortunately.

But I'll convert this topic in an idea topic, to see if more bunqers would like to see a larger character limit for the cards 😉

Has there been any follow up on this? Same problem over here! Our organisation's name is cut off halfway. Adding the second part in the description seems unprofessional. At least give us the option to abbreviate our name.
