• Auto Reply while waiting for support agent

It would be cool if you would get auto replies while you are waiting for an agent in support.

The messages could tell you how much people are waiting with an estimated waiting time, or when the support will be back if you write them at night.

Right now you basically get no response, which can be frustrating if the waiting times are a bit longer.

    @johannes#62348 This would also be very helpful when people are awaiting a reply from the Compliance team, which takes longer than users are used to from the general chat. 😁👍👍

        I got real frustrated yesterday evening as I checked into support and waited over a half hour for the first response from someone. I even wrote them stating that I get that they’re busy but it would be very customer friendly to let us know how many people are before me or approximately how long the wait will be.
        Then I got real upset when I finally did get a response from someone but then again had to wait ten minutes till I got an answer to a follow up question. Her answer was that she was chatting with several people at once. Sorry but this just shouldn’t be....

          But yes, that's not a great experience
