@jacekhaag#63354 ๐ŸŒˆ๐ŸŒˆ๐ŸŒˆ I love them. ๐Ÿณ๏ธโ€๐ŸŒˆ๐Ÿณ๏ธโ€๐ŸŒˆ๐Ÿณ๏ธโ€๐ŸŒˆ

    Iโ€™m searching quite a long time for these buttons, every time I need them:

    It would make more sense to me if thereโ€™re on the account-view instead.

      @Jasper-Silver-Panther#63384 I donโ€™t think they should be located on the account view, because these buttons and search function apply to all accounts. But the visibility could indeed be better. ๐Ÿค”

      Why not just make it three buttons like on the accounts tab. Because the search field isnโ€™t really a text input field, it behaves like a button that takes you to the search.

      So this:

      Becomes more like this:

      With a Search, Scheduled & Accepted button. ๐Ÿ‘ (But still on the events tab of course)

        Yeah, in saying that Iโ€™d expect them on the account view, I was implying they would work on that account only as well..

          @WJanson#63328 Apps on iOS have no control over the keyboard at all: it's actually up to the 3rd party keyboards to provide a "globe"-button to switch keyboards. It seems that his particular 3rd party keyboard doesn't do that for numerical keyboards. I would suggest contacting the developer of this keyboard, since this seems to be a bug on their side.

            I like the bunq app very much (dark mode, iOS) as it is and appreciate the colorful but clean and well structured design. Please donโ€™t change to much.

              I think the login flow can be greatly improved by combining logins for different accounts. For my businesses I have two accounts + a personal one, switching can be a hassle. Definitely when you need to do it a lot.

              Alternative solution would be to give the option to first pick the account you want to login on. It happens often to me the wrong accounts touchID is prompted.

              An other minor tweak is clearing a session after 2 or 4 hours. Itโ€™s nice that the app remembers on which screen you where. But two days later is just want to see the dashboard after logging in.

              Cheers,

              Guido

                I would like to see more default images. I looked some up on google, but not everyome can do that. For example for groceries or savings.

                  @Natalie-Maroon-Starfish#63153 Hey, I love the app design itself. There is here and there some inconsistency (rounded and non-rounded buttons on android), but besides that, it's an awesome design :) .. but the website... It isn't "bad", it just could be so much better in my opinion.
                  Here just some points for the website:

                  1. "1000+ Features" - I hate that bunq is using that on the website. I didn't count them but I wouldn't be surprised if there aren't "1000+" features in bunq. Show what you have, don't "lie" at the first page.

                  2. Adapt to the different countries. That's the ONLY thing I really love about N26, they don't "feel" like a Germany bank if you aren't in Germany. They feel like a local bank. They use the words you would use in your country, the screenshots are for your country, and the features you see are for your country.
                    Just for example: Someone from Austria goes to bunq.at, and what does he see? Apple Pay, although we don't have Apple Pay here. Because you don't do it like N26 with a website for each country, you do it just by language. And even just by language is not perfect on the website, some screenshots are German, some aren't, .. When I try to get friends to bunq I often hear that they are afraid that it's not a local bank, that it's a "NL Bank". The website doesn't help with that.
                    (And why can't the bunq website recognise my browsers language and country? When I type in bunq.com I get the EN version, not the DE (or AT) version..)

                  3. The website should focus on new customers. Is it good to show the prices (they aren't low) at the first page you open? Is it good to see something like "API" or "Update #9" as menu points? I don't think that there are so many customers at bunq just because for the API, and "Update #X" is more relevant for current customers.. and they see it in the app, in together, .. - there is no need to show it to new ones.

                  4. It's so static. This is something personal, but I really love websites when they have movement. We have so cool new web standards! use them! Your website should "show" your new customers that there are capable devs behind the bank. There is a reason why all this new "startups", "fintechs" have such "awesome" websites.. it's important, it's something that distinguishes the new banks from the old ones. The old ones have this old tech behind it, the new ones are "fresh".. bunq's website could show this a bit more I think :)

                  That's it. The app is cool, the ads are cool! Just this website.. I think it could be far better to get new customers to bunq :)

                    Please make another card design, pleeeassseee. Its the only thing holding me back righr now

                      @beersko#63497 Thats just stupid. I really don't give a -edit- about the color of the card. Its the features I get warm feelings to.๐ŸŒˆ

                      -Moderator: please watch the language ๐Ÿ™‚

                        @Peters#63511 Ok?

                          Maybe on the website Bunq should use capital first letters.Doesn't look very profesional when only using small characters.

                          I was at Bunq once. Didn't like the design enough and did not find it intuitive enough for me to use daily. But im back now and here to stay.

                          PS: I encountered that my maestro card has flaws in being accepted when doing a wireless payment. 5/10 it doesn't work properly.

                            @Peters#63511 Well if you are on business and using the bunq card, it could look kind childish.

                            Maybe this idea is because all the banks offer their cards with dark/1color.

                            Bunq is indeed unique with their 12coloured rainbow on it.

                            But it depend on your taste if you like it or not.

                            I am using bunq free and keeping anotjer bank as main use.๐Ÿ˜…

                            If bunq redesign the cards (just let us choose the color) and implement some stuff I will be fully switched๐Ÿ˜

                              I would really love seeing true black in the dark theme (background) so I get the most out of my OLED display

                                @Andreas#63557 Wow didn't know that! Helpful!

                                  @WJanson#63328

                                  Other gif keyboards show the same but behaviour.

                                    Apart from the card design which could really be tweaked a bit, it would be cool to have a privacy feature that would "hide" the balances of the accounts on the overview tab until you hold your finger on it or something like that.

                                    Sometimes I'm checking bunq on the metro, at work, etc... And it can be a bit "embarrassing" (not sure that's the word, but well!)
