  • Start the trial month when the card arrived

Currently there is a little delay with new card orders. Some people are waiting 3 weeks for their cards. Wouldn't it be good if the free test month would start when the cards arrived?
It's not a great experience when you can only test bunq for one week with cards.

    Thanks for sharing your experience. It have to agree with you that because of your card ðŸ’ģ delay you weren't able to test all the futures during the whole trial period.

    I did order my fair share of cards but they did aways arrived within days. So, I hope you are an unfortunate exception (still one to many of course).

    I have some mixed feelings about extending the trial in such situation. It will make administration more complex and one did enjoy other features in the period the one didn't received the card ðŸ’ģ yet. And I would guess someone could also misuse this loophole.

    So, I rather would hope bunq 🌈 keeps on doing everything they can to make sure your cards will arrive in days. Or in exceptional situation, they might can do something extra :)

        I use mobile payment and this is why I don't need any physical cards. I have them with me in case of a problem with Apple Pay. This happened today after five weeks with bunq.

        The Nespresso shop in Hamburg AEZ told me that they decided not to accept Apple Pay at the moment. It worked with the Maestro Card, and by the way I took the wrong card because they look so similar.

        So although I needed to wait 2 weeks for the cards I had the chance to fully test.

          @Heiko-Hartwig#65136 Not everyone wants to test a bank account just with Apple Pay or Tap and Pay. And it might worked for your places, but there are still enough places without NFC...

            Since I use apple pay, I've never even used the physical card. Except once to withdraw cash. Not a deal breaking feature if you ask me. And now that I think about it, just what feature(s) would be added by having a physical card? Just asking. Always wanting to learn new things.
